The ISO9001 quality management systems ensure organisations meet the needs of their customers and all other stakeholders while meeting statutory and regulatory requirements related to a product or service.
The international standard involves the review of processes that demonstrate Quality Management System to Gemini Print is capable of providing consistently effective work – including clear processes and (communication) structures involving colleagues in every part of the company.
