The window stickers have been received and are now up in windows in Shoreham (and look very good – though I say so myself). The response has been excellent and we have had good media coverage – including TV!

I have just spoken with my client, and he is delighted with the magazine issue and the supplement, The quality is better than they were getting previously elsewhere and the paper seems better/smoother. Registration is bang on even with the tightest of reverse outs and the colours are strong and popping out but not filling in the half tone and quarter tones. Very nice indeed.
We are genuinely over the moon…. All the directors are really thrilled with how they’ve turned out (as you may have picked up, this folder is quite different for us – the use of just the symbol of our logo, the minimalistic approach, etc. hence the abnormal levels of excitement!!)

Just wanted to say thank you again for providing the programmes for us. They were excellent and just what we wanted.
We have received overwhelming feedback from those who have attended the match and the memory of playing at The Gallagher Stadium in front of crowd will be one that our young people take with them for a lifetime….they are all still smiling about the day! Many of our young people do not have opportunities like the one we were able to offer last Sunday and we can only make this happen with support from businesses like yourselves.

I thought I’d drop you a quick note, as I’m just back from a visit to Gemini this morning. Bright Surrey skies… Sunnies on… off to the seaside! (which couldn’t be seen due to the south coast fog…). Hey ho… next time..! J
Anyway…. The team there are great. Had a tour and chat with various people, all who seem really keen to work with us. They’ve had a tricky job, picking up our magazines at various stages in the process. Mine had been signed off with Evonprint, but then zoomed over to Gemini for printing, for example. But they’ve picked up all our work and have gone over and above to get things out on time for us. My magazines came as expected – on time, banded, and I think even look brighter than previously (but that might just be my imagination).
The facilities there are huge – various different presses and fully clean and green. No nasty chemicals, so no issues if the kids or dogs decide to eat our magazines!! As Trish has said before, they’re looking at us using an online submission process, which sounds fabulous – I’m looking forward to seeing how that works; we could stick with hard copy proofs if that’s what we want, but I’m sure our turn-around times will reduce. We have Maxine as account manager & Tracey the Pre Press manager is happy to check over any artwork etc that we’re not sure of for quality, and convert things if they aren’t quite right. Any worries – she’s happy to help.
I’m really pleased to have gone down and seen the operation. Although we all trust Freddie and Trish’s judgement, I hope that an “on the ground” visit will reassure everyone that we are in safe hands. Clearly, they can’t promise that nothing will ever go wrong, but we’re agreed that the measure of a business is how issues are handled. To date, I think Gemini’s issues have all come from us, and they’ve all been quickly resolved.
