With fourteen experienced judges from across many business sectors, the Brighton & Hove Business Awards 2019 attracted a record number of high-quality entries from all business sizes and sectors.
The BAHBA are now in their 14th year. Organised by Platinum Events (look out for the Sussex Business Awards closing date 11th September 2019 www.sbawards.org.uk).
Gemini Print were print partners for the BAHBA, including the awards programme for the glittering spectacular awards ceremony held at the Hilton Brighton Metropole.
Also, the Gemini Print team were proud sponsors of Tourist Attraction of the Year 2019.
Gemini Print Director Mark Tulley said “This is a very important award for the City and it was a very tough choice as so many companies are playing a key role putting Brighton and Hove on the map in a very tough, competitive sector. Tourism is critical to so many businesses and supply chains from across the region”.
The judge’s decision was a tough choice as the calibre of entries was excellent. Shortlisted:
Brighton Marina – The largest marina in the UK with a wide range of facilities to entertain all ages – from yachties to cinema audiences, conference attendees to casino enthusiasts, retail therapy to family-friendly play areas – something for everyone.
British Airways i360 – Britains highest coastal viewing tower. Never to be missed on the seafront – guests enjoy the ‘flights’ to 450 feet for panoramic vistas in addition to quality retail, bars, café and restaurant options.
Phileas Fogg’s World of Adventures – The newest indoor leisure attraction in Brighton. With 16 different sets and 30 challenges to experience the creation by the owner, Graham Owen is original, multi-sensory and highly interactive.
Pier Pressure Brighton – Phil & Perry Harris have created an ‘escape room’ for professional team building and parties, and family outings – the facilities celebrate the colourful cultural history of Brighton from the Pavillion to Mods & Rockers and rave nightclubs.
