It is a nerve-wracking experience submitting an entry into the Oscars of the printing world! The criteria are strict, and the entry process and specifications for detailed reporting to the judges is daunting.
Then the pain of the entry disappears in a flash when the judges notify you that you are a shortlisted Finalist – time for big smiles as you know the entry level was very high and hugely competitive. This ‘joy’ is quickly replaced by weeks of trepidation when you see the standard of all the finalists in the six-strong list!
When the good news that Gemini Print were WINNERS was announced during the glittering Print Week event at the Grosvenor House in London, there was a huge mix of emotions – from shock to absolute delight! Celebrations across the business were enjoyed, and it was fantastic to receive many calls and notes of congratulations from clients and suppliers.
